From Service to Stability Transitional Housing
Welcome Home Veteran is a Virginia nonprofit helping U.S. Military Veterans find stable housing, rebuild their finances, and build a future — using VA vouchers and real, hands-on support.
Welcome Home Veteran was built on one simple conviction: the men and women who sacrificed for this country should never have to fight for a roof over their heads. We work alongside the VA, HUD, and community partners to provide transitional housing, financial coaching, and career support.
Because stability doesn't stop at four walls. It starts there.
What We Do
From short-term transitional housing to long-term rental assistance, we match veterans with the right program for where they are right now — fast and with real support.
Every veteran we serve is paired with a case manager who helps navigate VA benefits, mental health referrals, and a personalized stability plan built around your life.
Job training, resume coaching, credit repair, and budgeting support — we invest in your long-term independence, not just a temporary fix. Homeownership is the horizon.

No two veterans walk the same road. That's why we offer a full range of housing and support programs — so wherever you're starting from, there's a path forward.
